I wanna say it's CG'ed but the brown tones are nice and subtle like you used the coffee trick.

what's the coffee trick now?
Brush + a little bit of coffee makes for a sepia tone
The benefit of this is that it doesn't kill paper too badly and doesn't give you cancer like sepia.
are you gonna keep working in more color?
yeah. sure ciro.
why? what did u have in mind?
i'd prbly drop some highlights on there...like we learned in color theory
true. that'd help a lot. should i throw in some more tone or is it better this way?
