I can't really say what might be wrong with the colors.
Maybe just that it's generally a warm toned painting?
the legs are bothering me... i feel like they should be longer...
why don't you try changing the color of the dress to a saturated blue or something, like you kno how pthalo blue + some white look mixed together or a teal blue... whatever...
oh yeah i meant to say i think the colors are fine and nice drawing =)
