Looks better but how the legs are shaded makes them look like its at the same level. If the right leg (anatomical right) is supposed to be less bent, make that part darker. Maybe this ref will help too. It explains what I'm saying.

Looks good. Keep in mind like "Area221" said, he IS flying. He shouldn't look like he's standing on a floor, but more like he's defying gravity.
I like the way his arms was in the first version due to the fact that energy is coming out of his hands from the gauntlets. If you can still have him emit energy from his hands with the new pose, that's fine as long as it works.
