Sometimes I forget to sleep and draw orcs, instead. I really need sleep...
I may work on this some more. It was fun. I might even put together a little step-by-step of it, since I ACTUALLY saved all the important layers.

Good Job JZ, keep burning the midnight oil its great to see you working all the time. The scaring looks like cracks in stone. Where would you mainly target the use of a orc design like that one, for concept or production art? Are you a fan of the more grotesque orc designs or the classic green meanie?
The ogre looks pretty ogre-like. I guess I mean dumb and powerful. Like Solomon Grundy. The scar is pretty dry, though. Maybe as you can go along, you can make his skin crack, too! Maybe.
Thanks a lot, Anthony. This is mostly a color/lighting study. I didn't really have any real narrative for this character besides the fact that he's big, dumb and gets into violent shit, haha.
Narco, it's an orc. Get it straight, man, COME ON! Haha, jk. What do you mean about the scar being dry? And yes, I kinda want to give him a few more nicks and scratches. But I don't know if I want to spend too much more time on a study.
